Future NYC, where the high water mark reaches 30+ feet of what it is today. Certain areas of lower Manhattan were rushed to completion and left with insecure sea walls, leaving large uninhabited swathes of city. The young people of the day would loiter in these areas as a sign of rebellion against whoever it is that suggested they don’t play there.
